2011 deer processing was an awesome day ending with coolers full of meat for all. Hopefully it gets us through the year. We each had our own station and I must say we have the process pretty much down. We've been processing meat from our ranch for quite a few years now. I use to dread it when I was younger but now look forward to spending time with family and we truly appreciate the meat especially when food costs have increased so much! After we were done processing the kids fished and we had a great fajita dinner. Smores from the Krause's wrapped up the night.

Uncle Ricky teaching Carson to fish. Although you can tell its in his
blood, because I think he caught 13 or something like that. He was pulling
them in one after another!! |
