WaterWall, Houston TX
The waterwall on Post Oak Blvd. is one of my favorite places in the city. I've always felt like it was a tiny slice of heaven. The cool mist hitting your face, the rush you get when looking up at the power of the water falling, and of course the loud sound of rushing water can't be beat. I have this memory of Brian taking me there for our first year anniversary that we were DATING, which means I was around 16 yrs old. It was a beautiful night, I fell in love from that moment on with both of them...Brian and the waterwall, hah.
I remember being pregnant with the girls and dreaming about the first time I'd share it with them. Well the opportunity presented itself without any planning so I got to take them. They were both a little sleepy but Eden seemed to wake up for the experience more than Pryscilla. No matter what it was wonderful sharing that moment with the both of them and my wonderful mom. Hopefully we will go back many times!

Restoring Honor Rally
So today we watched Glen Beck's Restoring Honor Rally on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial as a family. The rally streamed live on facebook with over 130,000 viewers. In addition to Glenn Beck some of the guest speakers were Sarah Palin, Alveda King, and Albert Puhols. It was absolutely amazing and awe inspiring to see well over 500,000 people gather together, unified and peaceful, for American values. The rally was not political but instead extremely spiritual, religious, patriotic, and inspiring. It was also a platform to remind and ask everyone to put God back as the head of their lives and this country in order to restore it. Here is some footage of our family time during the rally. Eden and Pryscilla got a "facebook pass" to watch, lol. After the rally we went to the Brazos Valley Natural History Museum.
A Trip to DaDa's Office
Sleeping and Eating
Eden and Pryscilla are unbelivably nine months old. They spend a lot of time eating and sleeping. I thank the Lord every day they are still wonderful sleepers. I may even venture to say they love to sleep as much as I do! They sleep from about 7 to 7 with a very short morning nap and then a 2-2.5 hr nap after lunch. Depending on our day they may even snooze in the late afternoon for 30 min.
They drink a bottle in the morning followed with breakfast then the same for lunch and dinner. Recently I started giving them baby mum-mums and they love them! Here are a few pictures of the twins eating and sleeping.

A Sweet Email
I was just cleaning out the hundreds of emails that have taken over my inbox, and I came across this sweet email Kpaw sent the girls a few months back inviting them to dinner. Since this blog is their official "baby book" I wanted to enclose it for them here:
Hi Girls,
It's Kpaw. Thought if you both had your Friday open, you could join me and Noni at Karls.
I know how you girls love fine dining. Oh and since you are not driving yet, you probably will have to get
your Mom and Dad to bring you. They can come to dinner as well.
Anyway let me know.
Love, Kpaw.

Fun Loving!
The babies went away this weekend to play and Moma and Dada played a little bit too... Brian also worked all day Saturday but the rest of us (me, Beka, and Slade) went to an old school car show in the Kroger parking lot. The four of us hooked back up for the evening and went out to eat at Cafe Capri in downtown and then ended up listening to some live music on the Lake. It was the perfect weekend to end the summer on! Mom (Noni) said the girls had a wonderful time and she will send pix soon for me to post. Check back soon...
Girly Lunch
